Best Easy & Free Proggie to downsize mp4 files?

Hello,

Usually don't record much video but have started to. I like to shoot at 1080 P but the files are huge. What's a great, simple to use, preferrably free (though I'd donate a little money to the dev) program to simply open the file and downsize it.
