Best/easiest way to transit VCR tape recordings to recordable DVDs?

As the title states. This is for my father, so the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Stupid) principle is in place.

Pay someone to do it, there really is no "K.I.S.S" way to do it.

You have to do get a Capture Card, capture the tape. Convert it to dvd format, then burn it. It would take awhile too.

I'm going into business doing just this next year. I have lots of customers lined up at work already.
