Best EARBUD/MIC for gaming voicechat

Here is a pretty cool one I found:

This Green one from Plantronics look pretty cool.

I have 7.1 surround speakers for all the in-game action, but am looking for something specifically for Ventrilo or Teamspeak that operates on a different channel.

Requirements: One ear only, small, good mic.

Ideally: USB compatible (not necessary, though)

Anyone have any great recommendations?

Only problem with that one, is that it is for Xbox only. Wish there was a 2.5mm to dual 3.5mm connector to split the mic from the audio so that I could plug it into my sound card.

Any recommedations?
