Best E-ATX Case?

Hello group,

What is the best E-ATX case?

- All aluminum
- Motherboard tray that can be taken out
- Good fans cooling.

Thanks

CG 🙂

The first case that comes to mind that has all the features you are looking for is the Cooler Master ATCS 840. It's been discontinued, but if you can find one, it is one AIRY case. (3x 220mm fan + removable motherboard tray and mostly aluminum).

Some sort of Lian Li should fit the bill although their larger cases don't tend to have removable trays as far as I'm aware.

i like the looks of the Corsair obsidian series cases very much.
they dont have removable mobo trays or all aluminium design, but they are great E-ATX cases with epic cable management. the 800D is my favourite

that looks like an awesome case

You can also look at the MountainMods Monticle 18/24 or Pinnacle 18/24. Just select the EATX motherboard tray option (and anything else you want). It will be pricy, but they are nice fairly custom cases.

As much as I like the Lian Li cases, one thing they are doing wrong is not leaving any space above the motherboard for a heatsink that might extend over the edge of the motherboard. This limits you on a lot of the larger heatsinks which use 120mm+ fans out there.
