Best DynDNS update program?

What is the best DynDNS updating program? My router does not have a DNS updater.

I've tried Dynsite but find it to be to unreliable; it fails to automatically update sometimes and I have to go and force it to update manually.

I've also tried Fastream IQ/netfile server, which has ftp/file server functions that I don't need and requires you to log in each time i want to start it. It also has very limited dyndns updating functions.

I just need a simple updater where I am able to adjust the update frequency. I do not need any kind of fileserver fuctions. Any suggestions on what to use?

I use no-ip.com Works pretty good I think.
Yap, works very well for me too.

It provides you with utility that can be configured to check as low as every 5 min., as well as using specific schedule, and other settings.

If you need free port redirecting (most DNS services charge for it) you can get it using their no-ip.info domain.
