If you plan on overclocking, and on a loose budget, get TCCD or UTT ram

If you want to do some extreme overclocking and have the DFI NF4 board that can supply the volts needed the Mushkin would be myc suggestion, but toherwise you would be fine using Value RAM. The real-world performance difference would be really small and with the price difference you could get 2GB.
