Oooh then I got the shot for you. Not sure if it's got a name... my friends and I call it a Chocolate Covered Cherry. Equal parts Bailey's, Godiva, Black Cherry Vodka and Amaretto. Goes down SMOOOOOOTH and tastes just like it sounds.
That or a Roofie Colada.

Liquid Cocaine is very nasty, but fairly strong. Then again, if I'm going to drink something that foul-tasting, I'd rather just get a shot of straight liquor. However, I do have friends who love it.
If you're looking for a mixed-type drink to get you fairly messed up, my top three suggestions would be:
-Mind Eraser
-Flaming Dr. Pepper
-Four Horsemen (the four-shot variant, not the one-shot version)
The above list goes in descending order from best- to worst-tasting, and in ascending order from weakest to strongest.
I feel like there are a few I'm forgetting, but I can't think of them at the moment.
Or, as someone else suggested, you could just shoot 151 (or better yet, everclear) all night. You wouldn't have an esophagus by the time you were done, but you'd be very drunk.

Irish car bomb? 1 shot of whiskey/irish creme, dropped into a mug of guiness, drink it fast before it curdles......

Instant Death, Mortuary Mix. basically anything with Everclear (Pure Grain).
Had a drink in Singapore, was the house special; called a "Sleeping Giant" or something like that. Had two of them over dinner, waitress was laughing when she brought me my 2nd. Didn't think it affected me much, until we got up to leave. Couldn't walk straight w/out help from a friend.
A drink in the Philipines called "Mojo". Goes something like this... I say "something" cuz there's dozen variations of it depending on who's rememering it.
