Best disk defrag???

Im sick of using windows disk defrag. It takes forever. Can anyone recommend a good disk defragmentor thats faster than the one im using,and effective? TIA.

Thanks Renob. I looked for that earlier because my friend recommended it to me,but i cant find a site to dl it? anyone have a link or another suggestion?tia
