Best digital camera to get for $200?

I'm thinking about getting a new digital camera and I don't want to spend more than 200 bux on it. I was thinking about the canon a300 (3mp, 1.5 tft screen, 16mb card).. which is 200 exactly

On ebay, people are selling refurbished toshiba PDR-3330 (3mp) for only 165 + 15 shipping...

Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks.

PLEASE.. Do a search for DIGITAL or CAMERA or DIGICAM.. or .. SIGH..
