99.99% of Digital cameras come with flash or SD type card slots. And most of them only come from the manufacturer with 8 or 16mb.

As for brand, its my personal prefference to go with Canon, as I have had a string of very good cameras from them with the Powershot series. I ccurrently have the Powershot A75. You should be able to find the A70, A75, A300 and A400 online for around $150-160 US.

All 4 of those models come with 3.2 megapixel quality imagers, SD or CF storage media, Optical Zoom, and USB connections.

If $120 is the absolute most you can spend, then the Fuji Finepix is probably your best bet for a cheap one.

Ioo is right on the money. The Canons are a good choice. I've got an A70 that works great. The A300 or A310 are good starters but lack an optical zoom. If the camera is for the kids not having a zoom is probably more durable. The things I like about Ioos choices are they use:
1. Compact flash that is one of the least expensive types today.
2. Non- proprietary batteries- either 2 or 4 AAs which are available in relatively inexpensive quick charge long life NiMh form. In a pinch you can even use Alkalines but they wont last long. Using 4 2200ma in my A70 will me you 300 to 500 shots.
3. High resolution 640 x 480, high frame rate 30fps, with sound, movie shooting capability.
4. The A70 and a75 if you want to play around have manual setting override, and both are very comfortable to shoot with.
I see the A300 at OfficeMax frequently on sale for $130 and the A75 has been on Amazon for $160 but they go fast. Here is a good review source.

In that price range, you aren't going to get an optical zoom, with is essential for better quality pics. I would agree that the A310 is a good starter camera, but you will soon outgrow it. Maybe look for a used Canon S110 or S200. That, or save a little more for a Canon A75 or Nikon Coolpix 3200.
