I got a Canon A-70 after selling my s300, the s300 was to small and for the most part just a point and shot.
The A-70 fells much nicer in my hands, its biger and has WAY more manual settings.
I love it.:D

Good deal (although A60 is $250 at BB B&M) but there is a 1 in million chance that he would get it by Wednesday.

I never had digital camera before

Nope, I think the Canon PowerShot A60 is better suited for a beginner.

It still takes fantastic high quality pictures, has automatic and some manual controls, uses CF media and a lot more.

$250 out the door at your local BB B&M.

get the Canon s200, s230, or s400 depending on your megapixel pref...

reason: small and compact

you want to have your digital camera wherever you go, always having it ready to capture any moment, so why have a quality bulky piece of equipment when you can have the same in a smaller package...i'm lovin my s230..get one and u wont be disappointed!
