Real weight loss is about 90% diet, 10% exercise.
thats not true. i lost 10 pounds(now weigh 150, 6' tall) doing nothing but running a lot more then i usually do
At 6' and 150 you are a flipping twig and probably at a calorie deficiet in the first place. Put on some weight skeletor. I'm 6' and 168 and most people call me scrawny.
For your typical person that is 20, 30, 40, 50 pounds overweight, it's simply a matter of diet. A typical person in that situation will benefit far more from calorie reduction and proper diet than they will 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 days a week.
