I am happy for getting these things and am greatful to my parents for getting me these things, wtf makes you so much better than everyone else? Just because Im not in my late 20s-60s and own my own house or car means I cant be happy?

My parents believed I deserved a new car because of my grades in college were so good (and I wont argue with that). It just so happens I dropped my old POS cell phone in a pool at a party during July 4, ok I jumped in the pool and forgot about the cell phone. And I dont plan on this laptop lasting me more than 2 years anyways, it will barly be able to run some games in 2 years at med quality

your interpretation that getting material things being the best day of your life BEGGED for these responses. you simply asked for it.

"hi, i got all these great expensive things from my parents!!!! yay!!!! it's the best day of my life!!!!"

there are far more things in life to be happy about. you bragged on ATOT and you should not be surprised at the responses you received, especially the sarcastic ones that you took way too seriously

if it's the best day of your life, these comments shouldn't even affect you!
