For my next build I plan to buy whatever company has the best customer service. My question to Anandtech is which motherboard, RAM and video card makers have the best service, Nivida and AMD speaking. Thanks.

Wouldn't it be better to have quality products so that you don't need to use customer service?

I always associate great customer service as crappy products that NEED great customer service (dell). :)

That's pretty funny. Funny and true. They have awesome customer service but you actually need it!

Going with the previous poster with OCZ and eVGA. Antec is also pretty good...I've never needed any RMA or anything, but I've fired off a few emails from the form on their website with questions and they've gotten back to me within a day or so.

Mobos...don't know what to tell ya. Asus is horrible, I hear DFI is mid-range. Don't know much about eVGA's motherboards but if their customer service is as good as it is for their video cards, can't go wrong there.
