I called Kodak about issues with my new all-in-one 5300 having banding with the black. They gave me a 800 number via e-mail when I used their web form. I called and after one ring "Kodak Eastman imaging, Tiffinay speaking" !!?!! I explained my issue to a native English speaking, smart woman who understood my issue and asked for my info so she could send me a new print head and new color and black ink. I've been through a lot of customer service calls in my life, this takes the cake.
Now if I can get my new printer to print is another issue...
