Best CPU/Mobo Combo for under $200 that accepts SDRam

I am replacing a 400mhz cpu and generic motherboard for my cousin.

He wants to spend under $200 on a new mobo and chip

I looked around pricewatch and found some good deals but I'm not sure what motherboard is a good one.

I was definitely thinking about going with AMD just fyi. It's going to be used for internet, gaming, word processing, etc. So the chip has to be decently fast to handle 3d games like max payne and mohaa.

Also the biggest problem is he is going out of town for a week so I need to find a website that will ship to a different address then what is on the credit card. Every website I find want it to be the same address =( which is not possible. If anyone knows a site that accepts that, it will be helpful too.

I didn't realize that P4 combos were getting so cheap. How about a
MSI MS-6547 (SiS 645) with P4 1.6ghz and fan for less than $190?
