Best CPU / Mobo combo for SETI@home

If you were to go out and by the following, what would you get, give me two options, option 1, price is no object, and option 2, broke person:

1. CPU
2. Mobo
3. Memory

1 gig of low latency RAM - I am never picky on brand

Low budget:

A64 2800+
Soltek SL-K8AN2E-GR
a gig of Corsair Value Select (or 512 if need be)

Thanks for the quick reply. I also considered the unthinkable, and getting a mini-mac at 1.2ghz. Just something that I can run SETI on, and perhaps acting as a file server.

I already have a case, hard drive, network card, so I figured all I need is an ATX mobo and a CPU..

Any websites that list MFLOPS for each processor?
