Best Corporate spam filter??

we use MS exchange 2000, and have had a hell of a time finding software that's good at distinguishing between legit email and spam... any suggestions??

Folks in the www.WebHostingTalk.com forums have said nice things about it. WHT forums are also a good place to read about antispam software to run on your linux / BSD box, but I don't know if anyone talks about NT.
