Best cooling?

I was wondering, since i am a bit new to case modding and design. Where is the best place to place fans and how many. Also could you recommend a decent priced yet good fan? I am looking to putting light into my case and i am guessing it is going to get hot so i need to cool it down, just wondering what the best way to do it?

At least one fan in the front and at least one in the rear. Put more in if there is room or the case is cut out for them already. What size fans are you using? Cold cathods run relatively cool and they don't affect case temps very much. Processors and hard drives are what makes the heat.

two in the lower front, two in the upper rear of the case. the front serve as your intake while the rear serve as your exhaust. if you can mount your hdd's at the bottom where the intakes are, this will help keep them cool.
