Well the title and summary pretty much say it all. I have been looking at newegg the past week and i just cant decide on what to buy, i really dont have anymore time to make the best system possible for a friend to play World of Warcraft on. Im donating the dvd drive, case, Power supply, and hard drive to him that i have already, but ive never built a 64bit machine before and am not sure if i should just stick with intel. i wanna get the most out of his money even though im using my newegg card for him and he wont have to pay for 6 months.

Anyway I was hoping someone around here built enough machines that might already know what is the most cost effective and compatible. id like to have a gig of ram, and also, i have an 128mb radeon 9700 pro i think lying at home that can be used too if its not a pci express machine. if i do use that 9700 though im pondering buying a 36gig raptor with the money that would have gone to the vid card... but im not really sure

The last thing i was thinking about too, was buying one of the like, 5 mobos out there that are for Pentium M cpus, i have a 2.0m from a vaio laptop (pcg-v505bx) that id like to use somehow cause i dont know what else to do with it and figure its still good enough to be put to use.

All the parts I have Avail:
512 DDR3200 ECC CL3 (cheap came with barebone kit, cant remember brand)
Case
Power Supply
2.0Ghz socket 479 (not sure if its Dothan or Banias)
DVD Drive
80Gig WD Special edition
128mb Radeon 9700 Pro (read I could update this to a 9800 pro too)
Cables
Fans

Hopefully I can put some stuff to good use. Any advice or help much appreciated since im trying to get this done, im just bad at buying stuff without knowing as much as i can about the parts first, and i havent built anything in a while, mostly just fix existing.

Thanks,
Derek
