Best companion drive for a 3520A?

I've enjoyed the oem samsung dvdrom drives that newegg carries. It reads just about everything & is pretty quiet. Last couple times I ordered the black one, it even came with some software.

Unless you want to spend an hours ripping a DVD, stay the hell away from the Toshiba 1912. Yes, it's quiet, but that's all its go going for it. Get either a Lite-On 167T, or AOpen 1648 / AAP. Newegg has two models of AOpen 1648, make sure you don't get the BKH version. There's also a AAP Pro, but that's not available in the US AFAIK.
