Best compact-flash mp3 player?

I'm in the market for a compact flash-based mp3 player (maybe I should get minidisc?) and have it narrowed down to:

Sonicblue Rio 800
Samsung Yepp 700H (the one with the remote)

does the rio 800 use CF? i thought it used proprietary stuff....

the NexII and Diva mp3 players both use CF.
