NJ Turnpike is I95.

From Philly, hop on the NJTP to exit 11.
Take Route 440 to the Outerbridge Crossing ($6 toll w/out EZPass).

oh wait, there is another 95 outside of Philly (most confusing highway naming ever...) Stick to the turnpike.
