Best (& cheapest) way to effectively cool HD4850?

I've got a Visontek HD4850 that i'm wanting to cool down (& quiet down) some.
I was thinking about the Arctic Cooling Accelero S1 Rev 2 w/a quiet 120mm fan zip tied on it. My only concern is the VRM modules on my 4850 and whether or not "hacking" will need to be done to it.
My card's still under warranty, but i'd like to find an easy to install/uninstall aftermarket cooler in order to keep the rest of the internal temperatures down.
Any ideas?

Yeah, I noticed that my VisionTek 4850 runs pretty warm too. 74C at idle, 89C at load running OCCT GPU test.

Accelero is the best option. I cut the stock HS so it will still cool the VRM modules.

I wish they'd take the 4870's cooler and make it compatible as an aftermarket cooler for the 4850. That'd really do the trick.

If you can put up with higher sounds you can use CCC to crank your fan up. I hate ATI's system of having the fan stay at 28% normally but suddenly spike to 100% when temps go beyond 81C. I keep fans at 35% idle and 45% load and even the 4870X2 I'm running on can stay under 65C on the hotter core. Of course I use headphones so the noise isn't that bad when gaming.

That works just fine. The new Accelero's come with VRM modules now so theres no need to worry about that. I actually had the old one and even w/o the VRM modules it runs just fine. But if you need to cool those then you can simply buy some ramsinks and use those on it.

Currently idling at 42C, I have a 135CFM fan on it but my case has terrible airflow.
