A friend currently uses Sprint and his contract has expired. He wants a new contract that costs around $30-40 and includes as many anytime minutes as possible. He will be using the majority of his minutes in Burbank, California (near L.A.) and would like a clear reception for this area.
He is currently looking at T-Mobile and Sprint (they are offering ver little through the retention office, but maybe he can try again and get a better deal).
What should he do and what number can he call to get the best deal?
