Every time I hear Green River is warps me back in time to as a kid driving with my dad on the way to the beach.

CCR created music that really connects with people.

One of my top

And few of my favorites.

Bad Moon Rising
Ramble Tamble
Midnight Special
Have you Ever Seen the Rain
Born on the Bayou
Down on The Corner
Up Around the Bend
Long as I can see the light
I heard it through the grapevine
Fortunate Son

and my list goes on and on. I credit my CCR play list for getting me motivated to run and get into shape. Nothing like a little Ramble Tamble to get you moving!

my 3 year old son singing born on the bayou word for word = pure awesome.

That was my day today. 🙂

11 minutes of badass.
😉

But I cringe whenever someone says "I'm going to sing 'Proud Mary,' by Tina Turner!"
I was in the lab over a year ago and had pandora on when proud mary came up. The british chick next to me said "Are your rock bands ever going to write their own songs?"

It was lulztastic. Then I pulled up wikipedia and she just blew me off.

Run through the Jungle is my favorite.

But they have have a number of great songs so it's not easy to point out a definite favorite.
