It seems that's the case which I should go for. However I have 3 hdd drive. 540 only have 2 hdd slots /=

A <$10 adapter would do the trick. If you really like the look and form factor and have the money, the only thing I can now recommend is checking out a couple videos on YouTube to get a better idea of the layout and pros/cons. I do like the look of it as well. I think the layout makes assembly very easy and prevents having a cable mess. Only downside I see is the lack of 3.5 drive mounting options, which can be remedied with the adapter.
I personally like Corsair for their customer service as when it comes down an RMA, you fill out a form and so far, in my experience, having sent in three PSUs (one had coil whine, 2 were killed by the terrible power service in the US Virgin Islands), they authorize RMAs with no questions asked and no fuss. These guys even sent me what appeared to be a brand new PSU with a whole new set of cables.
My experience with their cases, however, is limited to only the 300R for my brother. Dead simple, easy to assemble and solid. My brother is kind of a derp when it comes to PC building, but he found it quite easy to install a new BR drive and mount a Thermalright True Spirit heatsink.
Anyway, I hope this helps a bit.

For OP...
The Corsair Air 540 is a really nice case but it's expensive. You can find very similar cases for cheaper like:
-
Anidees AI7B Cube - $89.99
-
Anidees AI7BW Cube - $94.99 (Windowed version)
* They come with a lot more fans than the Corsair
* These are in Canadian prices, you can find it even cheaper in the USA.

Man where do you find these cases, lol. Looks alright and the price is pretty low, but no reviews, no word on warranty coverage, build quality, etc. Don't get me wrong, I will look into this company and their products, but it's hard to just buy with no info.
As for the 540 being expensive, I do believe in paying more to have warranty coverage and support. Not to mention all the user feedback, video reviews, and knowing that Corsair is an established brand.
As for the list of alu cases, you might as well strike off the Lian Li cases cause they're a pain in the butt to work in even though I've own or owned the X500, X1000, V351, K62, A77, and A17. Lol, there's always some quirkiness that just prevents me from saying they're a great buy, except maybe the K62.
