I'd recommend a simple screen protector, or maybe a Best Skins Ever full body skin if you want to protect the backside, too.

I don't have anything on my iPhone, it just goes in my jeans pocket. The back hasn't scratched yet (of course, I keep everything OUT of the same pocket as the iPhone), and I don't think the screen will unless my keys or coins suddenly start coming in diamond-lined versions, as it's solid glass except the Home button. Is the iTouch's screen glass too?

I just put the full body skin on mine and I could not be happier.

Sadly, there's not much available yet. I just got mine and I'm afraid to use it until I get a skin.

i bought a griffin clear case at best buy for 25 bucks
came with screen film, case, a belt clip and an arm band to use with the belt clip if you exercise, belt clip is removable and just pops into place, awesome case, get it!

this is for the 2nd get touch so it has the cutout for volume controls and is shaped properly
