Unfortunately, I have to agree with this statement. I purchased the iTrip adapter from Griffin Tech. and I have been less-than-impressed with it. I have heard that other brands that broadcast with higher power work better... but all it really did for me is cement the fact in my head that I need to find a way to connect the iPod with wires. Currently, I am just planning to purchase a new stereo deck that has an AUX minijack input.

In a big city FM adapters will not work very well since the airwaves are already so crowded. When I was driving out in the boondocks it worked well and the sounds was _okay_ but it still wasn't high-quality.

If you care at all about having clear audio and making sure it will always work (without searching for new stations while trying to drive, etc.) then you must find a way to hard-wire the iPod into your stereo system.

Eps.
