the only coconut filed candy worth mentioning is Bounty which comes in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and also with almonds. Almond joy/mounds are like a cheap knockoff of the real thing.

Haven't seen that name in a long time. Course, you know Mounds beat Bounty by 30 years, right? ;^)
 
yes, I am aware mounds has been around longer but the coconut used in Bounty bars just seems to be of a higher quality or just has more flavor or more likely I am just biased.

I have been fortunate enough to have a long time friend who's father works for Mars and now said friend works for Mars so I can get my hands on Bounty bars much easier than your average American.

As an aside who here remembers Lion bars man those were good too
 
i really like Kit Kats.
Snickers sticks to my teeth to an annoying end, but really i like em all. I just don't care to eat them very often.
 
my favorite when i was 6-10 years old is the white bar with almond..... i think its hershey but not sure but it looks exactly like hershey. now i dont see it in stores. maybe they stop making it.

current i like is sneakers. before i start eating sneakers my neighbor always buy it. like a regular routine whenever go to small store to get gas always buy sneaker. i try it and got hooked.

sneaker and babe ruth may be similare but sneaker taste better.

yup... definitely it. i remmeber the big letters on the bar. yup.... it is. wow took alot of years before knowing my favorite childhood candy bars. thanks to the internet! and you ofcourse! :thumbsup:



wait... you said alphine? why that commericial dont say alphine? i type nestle alphine whiite and that what comes for youtube commericial.
