They are the best Canadian band for if it wasn't for them, all Canadian artists would be neglected, which given their talent level is well-deserved.
 
Buck 65 is Canadian, right? If so, him, though he's more of an artist than a band.

Other Canadian bands I like: Tegan and Sara, Our Lady Peace, Matthew Good [Band]. That's all I know of.

The Guess Who--excellent
Our Lady Peace--great
Tragically Hip---awesome
The Tea Party---glad someone mentioned them, just recently discovered them myself, great band worth checking out
Blue Rodeo---excellent
54-40---great band
Bare Naked Ladies----name grabs your attention, their unique sound and creativity makes you a fan
many more(I even like Nickleback 😱)
