I currently use a DLink DCM 202 and I think it may be crapping out on me. What brand is the tried and true "best?" Same for a router, because I made a new one of them as well if that's what happens to be the problem. I have a Linksys WRT54G.
 
The Linksys Linksys WRT54GWRT54G has some very mixed reviews. Some say it is fantastic while others say it's mediocre.
 
I am a big fan of the Motorola Surfboard series. I think the latest one is the SB5120, available for about $70 online. Comes in black, too 🙂
