I need some Arctic Silver 5 and searched on Pricewatch to locate the best deal as I usually do. My search turned up http://www.bestbyte.net selling it for $6 w/ free shipping (much better than say Newegg's $11 total price). Then I go check out the Reseller Ratings on this particular company like I usually do, but find a fair amount of troubling reviews, but only for large orders unlike what I'm looking to order. http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2007.html
I'm kind of stuck and wondering what I should do?
- Should I go ahead and order the Arctic Silver from them knowing that I'm supporting a company with a bad reputation?
- Or, should I order from someone else who has a better reseller rating and has treated its customers more fairly?
I'm not worried about being ripped off, it isn't that much money to worry about, but it is the principle of the matter that seems to be bugging me. Do I support a company that has been known to slight its customers?
