Best Buy's Return Policy Stinks.

It's common knowledge that basically zero stores will allow you to return opened software.

I bought a game a while back fomr Best Buy, it was the DVD version of the game. Game installed, but wouldnt play because for some reason it couldnt find the cd. Tried it on 4 different brand DVD drives and still didnt work. Went to exchange it for the CD version because they didnt have any more of the DVD copies in stock and they wouldnt let me.

don't think they allow it, but I know people who have returned open software and got a refund. A neighbor special ordered a 24 DVD box set from costco online, got it opened it burned it and returned it for a full refund. That is wild (and wrong ahha)
