I ordered the Matrix online on the 17th since I was too busy to go to the store. The order went in late that afternoon, so it didn't ship until the 20th. Well, it finally showed up today. That is one full week to get shipped from Ohio to Illinois via USPS. It's not like I live in po-dunk-boo-foo either (I'm just outside Chicago).
What the he!! took so long?
 
you aparently dont know how the post works. you should look at central hub routing sometime, its a brilliant idea (pioneered by the fedex dude I think). just be thankful that its wasn't pony express.
 
Don't feel bad. Mine shipped on the 16th and I still haven't received it.

So far it's gone from IL to PA, to FL and now, finally it's enroute to me in the Boston area.
 
media mail is designed to take a while, priority for small packages is 10x better than ups and fedex though. I'd much rather have saturday deliveries.
 
Got it. Just routed wrong.

Priority can be no faster than 1st class or MediaMail depending where you are. Some times it takes even longer.

Someone did a test recently where they mailed out 100 packages to the same address using various shipping. Anyone remember the link?
 
If i am not mistaken they have to search media mail, atleast in my PO..... I wonder why though....
 
I've sent many packages priority and never had one take more than 3 days, so their average is dead on. 3 days from VA to CA, much better than the 5 business it takes UPS or Fedex ground.
