Best Buy Order......

I ordered my father this Beatles CD from Best Buy at the store because they didn't have it any of the local stores for some reason. So I order it and a couple days later I get the package. I opened it and looked threw the peanuts and nothing was there!! Nothing! Not even a invoice, just some box with a label with my name on it. The book didn't look like it was open or anything so I called Best Buy and they put a investigation in. They said it was going to be a couple days until I get a answer. This was supposed to be my Dad's Christmas present but I never got it. I just got a e-mail saying I got a credit charged to my CC. Did this ever happen to anyone?

Ah man, that really sucks. Best Buy is usually pretty good about getting stuff like that fixed. Probably the guy who was packing up the box was tokin' and "forgot" that he hadn't put anything in the box yet.

"Did I put the cd I was supposed to put in there?"

"Oh well, the box is closed now... Yo dude, lets smoke again"

We drive 30 mins back to his house, all psyched about it - open it up, and everything is inside - manual, jewel case, warranty card - but no cd-rom disc

Now how were we supposed to convince the store that they sold us a game with no game inside? I think he just said screw it and tossed the box in his closet.
