yeah, this is a pretty good out-the-door price for some quality DVD+R's...don't forget to go to bestbuy.com, print out the product, and PM to Circuit City to get their 110%PM guarantee

The +R's were made by RICOHJPN and were pretty good and compatible with most DVD players. Though recently I believe that Memorex has changed the makers .

I got mine a few weeks ago for the same price and they were RICOHs (good quality for a good price).

Recent reports are that the Memorex discs are CMC-Mag, not RicohJpn-I believe I read that the CMC spindles have the warning label on top of the spindle about high speed media. $1 a disc seems a bit high considering the recent deals at office depot and office max.

Some spindles are ricoh and some are CMC Mag. The CMC ones look like the spindle on the right in this photo.

The ricoh ones I bought look like this except mine had a black base.
Another common packaging that is almost always CMC looks like this. That raised thin lip on the cover is alamost always CMC inside.

Pay attention to the packaging.
