Best Buy - HP TGL i3 for $329

A friend just got this and I was helping her set it up. It seems fast and decent over all. BUT I cannot get it fully updated. It is stuck on build 20H2. I have tried the MS update debugging app and the MS update assistant. No luck.

Apparently she clicked on " update to Win 11 " while I was instructing her on getting Win10 up to date. There was no info etc to let me know that that was taking place in the back ground. The Build clearly said 20H2 and Win 10 Home. Two days later she had Win 11 on it fully updated after she booted it up in the morning. Its all good now. Typical MS crap.

I appreciate the feedback.
