Yeah, i saw those reading the ad last night. I was tempted buy Two Thrones but man I need to work my way through my backlog of games before I buy any more. Good deal especially if you PM.

Exactly my thoughts. I'm tempted everytime a game is on sale, but I probably have enough games already to last me through 2006.

I've read good things about it. From experience with the previous games, you'll really want a good gamepad if you're going to play it on the PC (an the graphics will be an awful lot better than the console versions). I stopped by BB on my way home today for POP. Installing as I type...

The Gamer's Gift Card coupon usually wont work on PC games but they have to manually apply it anyway if you qualify. The $5 GGCC is a little more broad than this $10 coupon by including even accessories but it's always been iffy about those too (ie, it worked at one Best Buy for a Gamecube Logitech Speedforce Racing Wheel but had to be adjusted at another).

This coupon should apply to PC games so the cashier should adjust it (I didn't even have to ask but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before leaving just in case). I don't know where it originally came from so if they ask I'd just say "Email - I get lots of hot deals and Best Buy promotional offers through email". It's a print out and not a direct copy as far as you and I know so we can ignore that thing about no duplications unless they say otherwise (I've used it four times and heard not a peep). 🙂

That never applies to weekly sales and price-drops. NEVER. I've used probably 50+ Gamer's Gift Card coupons before when games temporarily drop $5, $10, $15 or more. Quake 4 DVD Special Edition was on sale for "$49.99-$10.00 = $39.99" last week and I used one of these to get it for $29.99. Now the deal is $5 better and mine is still sealed so guess what I'm doing? 😉
 
They have the $10 off pc games coupon scans over on cheapassgamer.com

People on the forum say that they were able to use both video and pc coupons.
Theres also one for accessories.

thanks OP . . . glad i waited for FEAR . . . and i did the PM to CC to save an additional 10% , , , , might not be worth your time as you now have to wait in the CS line to get it. . . . but $35 is a good deal . . .

They could but I've used them several times at three stores, thrice in one visit at one location and they never questioned it for me. I just tried at another BB store today and picked up F.E.A.R. for $24.99 + tax. The registers were all closed and everyone was being forced to check out in Customer Service. I figured that they'd be more savvy and more likely to question it so I started to worry. I watched as they scanned the coupon, then scanned the game. They (And I, on my own accord) then noticed that it didn't apply the discount correctly to PC games. Without mentioning it to me, they double-checked the coupon's fine print and proceeded to manually adjust the price. They then quoted me my correctly discounted price without ever even mentioning that they had to override anything (I only know because I watched). Couldn't have been smoother from the customer perspective and this is the second time it didn't out-right work and they manually adjusted without saying anything. Sweet!

They usually will not price-match an after-coupon price even if you give them the coupon though I believe they should (Many other places accept competitor's coupons provided that the price is also the same... ie, no PM + coupon).
You could get a new copy of CoD2 and return it with your old receipt. I see nothing unethical there and it achieves exactly what their 30-day "price protection guarantee" is supposed to do.
 
Just picked up FEAR for 25, great deal thanks YiNYan for reminding me to do this and also thanks to Gibson for the 10 off coupon
