[UPDATE] - The text on the Best Buy website now states that pre-orders are excluded. It has also been reported on CheapassGamer that the discount is no longer being applied.

Only thing I don't like about it is they charge you when you place your order, not when it ships. This may not be new to others, but it was to me. I normally use Amazon or Gamestop for my game orders, and they both charge you when it ships.

No biggie, I guess, just a different method than I'm used to.

The deal is no longer valid for pre-orders (I just checked using Dirt 2 and Wet). Your order will show up for full price if both games are pre-orders.

I hope they honor the purchases of those of us who made our purchases before this went into effect--I got COD:MW2 and Forza 3 as well.
