Best Buy and exchanging UT 2003.

I received UT 2003 for xmas. I just got around to installing it today and there are 2 "Disc Three" cd's in here and NO "Disc Two".
Will Best Buy swap out a disc 3 for a disc 2? I'm gonna call them in a minute but they are typically no help. I may have to wait until tomorrow and talk with a manager.
BTW the box was sealed and no signs anyone had been in it at all.

Did your CDs some in crappy little paper sleeves instead of a jewel case? What cheap crap... It even asks for the "CD-Key on the back of the jewel case" when you're installing. It was printed on the back of my manual.

This happened to me with diablo 2 from amazon. They sent out another copy. Dont know about best buy, just letting you know that this type of thing does happen!

i think if its an obvious flaw and you are trading the game in for the exact same thing, BB shouldnt have a prob at all. Its only when ppl open the box then complain it doesnt work on their machine then the stores usually say sorry, you opened it and its tough luck.

Prolly due to piracy issues they cause the customer hell about an opened box

Just go in and tell them it is defective and that you want another copy of the same title. They will do that.

Also make sure to note that it's a key-based game, so the whole box needs to be sent back to the publisher. Not that I think you'll steal the key or anything, but it ensures that there's one less box floating around that has had it's key already "opened".
