Or buy extended warranties.

That must be what has us on their list because I don't have one of their cards and have never applied for one, but I do buy extended warranties on TV's and some appliances that I've bought there.

I hope I get one this week. There's some stuff I'm looking for. :)

I don't have a Best Buy credit card and I have never purchased an extended warranty. I have ordered online for in-store pickup and do make purchases at the store with a regular credit card and I got the "Preferred Customer" offer. Good in-store only.It says good for 10% off any single item from these categories:
DVD-RW drives, PDA's $299 & up, flash memory, computer accessories, printers $149 & up, paper, blank media, ink cartridges, computer speakers, software over $19.98, scanners.

Satellite radio hardware, dvd players, mobile video, home and portable audio, shelf systems, mp3 players, tv's $299 & up, car electronics.

appliances, small electrics, shavers, microwaves, digital camcorders, digital and 35mm and APS cameras, furniture, GPS, wireless phones and accessories, 2-way radios, phones, answering machines.

Also included were coupons for 15% off cd-rs, cd-rws, DVD recordable media, blank minidiscs and flash memory cards - limit 2 pkgs and $2 off music and movie titles, any combination, limit 3.

I got mine by filling out one of their comment cards at one point.
Moved and worried that they would stop sending them, so I
filled out a change of address card and sent it to them. Guess
it worked, since I got mine today also.

I don't have a bb credit card, never did extended warranties, and never ordered from their online store. And I still receive their best buy PC weekend coupons.

The first time I ordered from their online store was the thursday a week and a half ago.

My fridge picked a good time to take a dump. It's the best deal I can get since my sis-in-law quit working there, 5% over cost isn't bad. You should see the markup on extended warranties, paid $11.50 for an $89 extended warranty.

next weekend is gonna suck for us best buy employees - masses of people.
just a useful tip:
if BB is sold out of something, get a rain check. they will give rain checks factoring in the customer appreciation price.
