Anybody have a opinion on what are the best study guides, books, manuals, etc... for taking the GMAT.

I thought Kaplan was the best but it has a lot of bad reviews. So what do YOU think is the best. I am pretty good in math, but very weak in verbal. I don't mind buying 2, 3, 4, or more books if thats is what it takes. I also will not be taking the test for a while, so if there are good ones for starters and then ones you read before you take the test that is also good.

Thanks

I heard Kaplan from like 5-10 different people. I actually just bought the Kaplam GMAT prep book on Saturday but I haven't had a chance to look it over yet. That or the Princeton would prob be your best bet

Take this from me.

Buy the official GMAT guide and be done with it.

If you have to, Kaplan will the next best choice, the CD that comes with the book worth more than the book itself.

It is pointless for an idiot that spells "the" as "teh" to even study for a test, let alone take one.
You will not make it into a real college anyhow.
My advice to you is to call Sally Struthers and have her teach you a skill by mail.

Uhh, where have you been? "teh" is deliberate.

If you have awhile before you have to take it, the best way for verbal is to just start reading a lot; novels, etc
