Best Bond ever?

This hasn't been done in a while but with so many different actors playing Bond and a new Bond movie coming out next month I thought it would be good to have a new poll.

I like Sean Connery but honestly, I thought Daniel Craig did a fantastic job playing Bond in Casino Royal. I'll have to see how he does with the next Bond movie. He might replace Connery as my all time favorite Bond.

Pierce Brosnan is third on my list. Roger Moore and George Lazenby would probably tie for 4th and Timothy Dalton comes in dead last.
 
If Daniel Craig does as well in QoS as he did in Casino Royale, I think he's top. Pierce was fantastic in the role; Connery was campy, but he's a favorite because it's fucking Sean Connery. The others never really impressed me.
 
The best Bond is the one that parachutes down on to a train, jumps on a bus, smashes through the windshield, throws the driver out, drives to your house and shoots you in the face.
 
Sean Connery and Roger Moore were the best, with Brosnan bringing up third. Danial Craig and Timothy Dalton were the worst. I can't recall the movies with George though.

That's because George was only in one: On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
 
Who the eff would seriously vote for fricking Pierce Brosnan.

Connery is and always will be #1. No question. You should have asked who's the SECOND best Bond ever. And I would have said Daniel Craig.
 
Sorry to say but Casino Royale was a crappy Bond film. It was a good movie but not a good Bond movie at all. The only thing that reminded you it was a bond movie was the main character was named James Bond and it had Judi Dench as M in it. Only had little snippets of classic bond music for a second or two. I would watch it again cus it was a good movie but it really disappointed me with the lack of "Bondness" in the movie.

Ugh, that was a terrible movie. It was laughably bad.
 
I haven't really watched the older movies so my opinion is pretty baseless for this. I think Craig kicks ass though, and that Brosnan could play a pretty good Bond character
 
I'm not digging Daniel Craig's blue eyes and light hair. It just doesn't seem.... Bond-ish. Bond should have dark hair and black eyes, methinks. Pierce Brosnan looks the best Bond, if you ask me, but that might be because I grew up with him as Bond. Acting-wise I think Craig/Connery split the cake.
 
I actually quite liked Timothy Dalton, though he wasnt the best.

I absolutely loathe any movie Roger Moore is in.

I do like Craig, and Connery does an excellent job.
 
I thought Dalton wasn't bad at all. Roger Moore? bleh...

Daniel Craig? If there was any person that defines "fucking classy badass mofo," then that's him.

My list: Craig > Connery > Brosnan > Dalton > Lazenby > Moore
 
I like Craig so far, but need to see more Bond movies with him as the lead before I call him the best ever. My personal favorite has been Sean Connery, but Craig could change that.

😕 Have you not seen the last Bond movie with Craig, or do you just have really bad taste?

BTW- Moore pretty much turned Bond into a cartoon.
