Best BIOS for MSI K8N neo 2??

Right now I have the 1.4 official. Is there any modded one better for OCing? How do I flash it? the same way as an official one?

Im using a 1.41 modded bios. Main difference is it's unlocked a number of hidden settings which could help in improving stability when oc'ing. Cant remember the name of the site I got it from though, but you'll get it if you google for it, that's how I got it. It's flashed the same way as the official bios.
 
Download the award flash utility you get on MSI's site, create a DOS startup diskette, copy the downloaded (new) bios and the flash utility to the diskette. Restart the computer with the startup disk and run the flash utility. A word of caution, BACKUP YOUR CURRENT BIOS FIRST! The utility will give you and opportunity to do this. Just follow the simple instructions in utility to flash your bios.
 
They do at least to flash, but I don't know if modded files could also be flashed with that utility...
