trust me, BB underpays their employees, and when you get paid only part of what you deserve, you only do a part of the job....
i work at a company that was bought out by BB (big bastards, aka best buy), and they introduced this new pay structure where managers get raises and a third of their former responisibilities, and everyone else gets a major paycut (including myself), so you can imagine that the level of service at this place has gone downhill like there's no tomorrow. right now, if a customer is pissed off, i couldn't give a flying f*** because the way I see it, I'm not paid enough to stress myself over that. meh, it's simply time to move on....
