People stage things all the time for the internet. Sometimes it's to get on TV or stupid shows like Americans Funniest Videos and such. They probably had a real wedding and decided they would re-create the ceremony and add a funny twist to it and post it on the internet. This thing is nothing new. Did you not notice how both the Bride and Justice of the peace practically threw themselves into the pool. The JP especially... he turned around 180 degrees first before he jumped on his own. The guy that tripped made too much effort with his hands to intentionally reach out and touch the bride on the leg so as to make it look like she was bumped. No question about it, it's staged.
