Yuengling is ok, but honestly at that price point there's little difference between any of the beers, imo.

I think Sam Adams is probably the best considering the variety, availability and flavor. Local breweries tend to have even better deals, imo. There's a brewery a few miles from me that has some really good seasonal beers.

yuengling's got a special place in my heart... it was the only beer all my friends could agree on in college when we were buying pitches.

I like sam adams more, though.

In college, we got MGD. It is still our cheap beer of choice. Personally, I like Sam Adams winter ale, fat tire or guiness. I like other random dark stuff as well, but usually its a costco pack of fat tire for me.

That's a beer well liked by my mountain biking friends. Ironic.

I've been drinking Fat Tire lately when I drink beer. I also like Blue Moon, Newcastle, and Pyramid Hefeweizen. Hoegaarden is one of my favorites, but I rarely make it to BevMo to buy it.

I use love Coors Light in college but I can hardly drink it now.

Never had Yuengling so I can't state my opinion.

My fav cheap beer/good tasting: Budweiser Select or Busch.

Busch Light 30 pack. even better a few years ago when they were $11.99/30.
I like my beer cheap.. but I just can't stand the Beast. Too skunky for my tastes.
Black Label century club FTW.
