Going to be in the market for around a 47" TV
Would like 1080p
60Hz is just fine
Doesn't need anything special like streaming, web browser, etc...
Would use it mainly for streaming, and I'll eventually get a PS3 hooked up to it as well as my laptop for some gaming.
Doesn't need to be a latest model; can me one from yesteryear.
Price matters; would need to be under $400 for sure.
