B-sides or studio cuts that is.. Listening to Steal This Album by System of a Down and am impressed by the quality of these out takes.. Have you ever been impressed with out takes before? Radiohead's Amnesiac was pretty good for an out takes album.. Hmm.. Can't think of any other...

Concrete Blonde - Still in Hollywood: Great covers of "Little Wing" and Nick Cave's "Ship Song," plus some very good originals and a few choice live cuts.

Also very good:

Tears For fears - Saturnine Martial & Lunatic: good collection of odds 'n' ends including one of my faves "Johnny Panic and the Bible of Dreams"

Kate Bush - This Woman's Work (2 CDs in box set): bits of sweetness including french versions of some of her better songs.

They Might Be Giants - Miscellaneous T: dial-a-songs and more from their glory days.

Really just a bunch of covers, but were used as B-Sides often: Metallica's Garage Inc. - 1 CD is all brand new covers, the 2nd CD is all of the covers they had previously put on as B-Sides or were from their Garage Days Re-Re-visited album (which is no longer in print and is a rare item).

Better.

Have you heard the newest TMBG B-Side collection called "They Got Lost."

Very cool.
